• Good legal advice starts with listening. Going to Court is not the only option; sometimes it may help, and sometimes we don't have much choice. However, we help you look at all the alternatives.
   

• We assist on Family Court matters. We also undertake High Court (and where necessary senior appellate work) in Relationship Property, Constructive Trust, Family Protection and Testamentary Promises. Please contact us to see if we're available to help.

 

Managing expectations:
 

• As a small firm, we can't do everything every day. If you need 24/7 support, we're not the firm for you. On the plus side our small size also means if you're one of our clients you'll deal with the same team every time. It's a trade-off, and we're definitely not right for everyone, but if you'd like to sit down with a subject-matter expert, we're happy to do so.

Expertise

• Greg has researched and authored extensively in the areas of family law, relationship property, asset protection, and agri-business law.
   

• Greg wrote and has regularly taught the College of Law masters of law (LLM applied) programs in family law, evidence in family law, and relationship property/Testamentary Promises Act litigation. He also researched and co-authored their LLM in Family Protection Act law. Greg has also taught Wills, Trusts and Estates litigation in addition to Family Law and intro to Dispute Resolution.
